Yerevan-Cambridge Sister City Association In 1995, the Yerevan-Cambridge Sister City Association (YCSCA) was formed as an NGO (non-governmental organization) by participants in our former exchange programs. YCSCA has widened the participation of Yerevan citizens in sister city activities within a formal organizational structure and collaborated with CYSCA on several projects. |
